Blueberry Forté
A dusty indigo color with aromas and flavors of hibiscus, lavender, and sugared sliced berries. Crisp with a tingling, medium-length glazed French Cruller and white pepper finish. A nice berry wine for fruity escape.

This fruit port is made by combining the base fruit wine with the corresponding fruit eau de vie. A kicked-up version of the Tomasello Blueberry Fruit Wine. We produce the base wine for the eau de vie and send it along to a small upstate New York distillery, where out wine is turned into single batch pot still eau de vie. Upon its return, we craft the appropriate blend of wine, eau de vie and residual sweetness.

2021 Atlantic County Vidal Blanc Ice Wine

Made from partially frozen Vidal Blanc grapes, this NJ Governor's Cup Winner has delicious notes of golden raisins, sunflower, and pineapple upside down cake. Golden and very sweet, the medium bodied dessert wine finishes with caramel, lychee, and dried apricot flavors.

Partially frozen Vidal Blanc grapes, harvested from our New Jersey vineyard, were pressed and used in the fermentation of this wine. The harvest sugar was 33.0% by weight with the post-fermentation residual sugar at 13.5 %.

2021 Atlantic County Vintage Port
Made from a field blend of Petit Verdot and Chambourcin, this 100% oak aged port has jammy aromas of licorice, blueberry, and macerated strawberries. Deep purple with a velvety body and well-integrated tannins.

Finished to an alcohol content of 18% in a late bottled vintage style with a nice balance of fruit and residual sugar.
