Tomasello Blueberry Wine
For over two decades ago Tomasello Winery has been producing 100% pure blueberry wine from cultivated high bush blueberries grown on the Atlantic County New Jersey Blueberries. The wine is semi-dry with soft and perfumed hints of blueberry. Recent studies prove Blueberry wine to be very high in antioxidants. Tomasello Blueberry Forte'
This Fruit "Port" is made by combining the base fruit wine with the corresponding fruit eau de vie. A kicked up version of the Tomasello Fruit wines. We produce the base wine for the eau de vie and send it along to a small Upstate NY distillery who turn our wine into single batch pot still eau de vie. Upon its return, we craft the appropriate blend of wine, eau de vie and residual sweetness to create a beautifully, smooth fruit port with 18% alcohol per volume… a terrific pairing with chocolate after dinner

American Ranier Red (non-vintage) Tomasello Table Wine
Named after our grandmother, the famous Ranier Red is a sweet red wine with the taste of freshly picked grapes. Its intense grape character owes its beautiful fragrance primarily to Native American Concord Grape. With a sweetness level of a dessert wine, it is perfect with walnuts and stilton cheese. Made every year at our winery since its inception, over 78 years, it enjoys a very loyal following that grows everyday! For the sweeter palette, it is the most intense of the Ranier wines.
American Ranier White (non-vintage) Tomasello Table Wine
The Tomasello Ranier White is a sweet white wine with the taste of freshly picked grapes. It is intensely fruity through its grape character and is made primarily from the Native American Niagara grape. With a dessert sweetness level, it is perfect with cakes and semi-soft cheeses. Made for over 78 years at our family’s vineyard, it enjoys a very loyal following that continues to grow everyday! For the sweeter palette, it is the softest intensity of the Ranier wines.
American Ranier Rosé (non-vintage) Tomasello Table Wine
Tomasello Ranier Rosé is a moderately sweet rosé wine with the taste of freshly picked grapes. Made primarily from the Native American grape known as the Catawba, the fruity, intense character of the Catawba is also well-suited as a dessert wine beyond the table. It is perfect with poultry, semi-soft cheeses or slightly spicy dishes. Made for over 78 years at our family’s vineyard, it enjoys a very loyal following that continues to grow everyday! Palmaris 2013 Outer Coastal Plain Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve
2013 was an excellent growing season in the Outer Coastal Plain characterized by conditions which allowed for maximum fruit maturity by late season. This wine is a blend composed of three grapes: 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Petit Verdot, 5% Cabernet France. The musts were fermented in contact with the skins for a period of 14 days and were vinified using a S. cerevisiae originally isolated from a Languedoc terroir. They were made in separate lots between September 23rd and October 7th 2013, and subsequently transferred to a combination of French Nevers and American Oak in early December 2013. Malo-lactic fermentation was effectuated in oak where they remained for 28 months until April 2016. The wines were then assembled into one blend and bottled in early May 2016.
The 2013 OCP Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied red that needs air to open. Please decant prior to serving. We hope that you will enjoy this fine wine with a fine meal and ibn the company of good friends.
Palmaris 2013 Outer Coastal Plain Cabernet Franc Reserve
This fine red is composed of 77% Cabernet Franc, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot. Aged in French Nevers and American Oak for 28 months.
Palmaris 2013 Outer Coastal Plain Petit Verdot Reserve
This wine is blend composed of three grapes all grown in the Outer Coastal Plain: 79% Petit Verdot, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon and 9% Cabernet Franc. The musts were fermented in contact with the skins for 14 days and were vinifed using a yeast strain originally isolated from the Languedoc terroir. The wines were fermented indivdually and then transferred to a combination of French and American oak in December, 2013. Malo-lactic fermentation was effectuated and the wines remained in oak until April, 2016 when they were blended and bottled in May, 2016.
2014 Outer Coastal Plain Pinot Noir Reserve
The grapes used in the production of this wine were 100% Pinot Noir estate grown at the Winery's Flittertown Road Vineyard. The grapes were hand harvested at a point of maturity consistent with reserve quality. The grapes were crushed and fermented in contact with their skins for a period of 10 days with a yeast that promotes forward fresh fruit characteristics. A malo-lactic fermentation was simultaneously initiated. After the completion of fermentation, the wine was transferred to 2nd year American and French oak for a period of one year. Pinot Noir is often called a "white wine masquerading as a red" soft and subtle in character.
Palmaris 2014 Outer Coastal Plain Chardonnay Reserve
This wine is produced from 100% Dijon clone Chardonnay grapes grown in the Winery's Flittertown Road Vineyard in the Outer Coastal Plain. The harvest occurred on September 15, 2014, at maturity consistent with reserve quality. The must was pressed, chilled, racked and fermented with a yeast isolated from the Suze‐la‐Rousse in the Cote du Rhone. Simultaneous malo‐lactic fermentation was initiated. The wine was transferred to Boswell Light Toast American Oak for 13 months and then bottled on March 11, 2016.
2010 Palmaris Outer Coastal Plain Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve Magnum : limited release, the magnum size ages more slowly and thus is a more desirable size for long term cellar storage.
The 2010 Outer Coastal Plain growing season was perfect with a very long hot dry summer, excellent ripening and amazing resulting wine quality. We believe that this vintage is even better than the 2007 release which finished in a statistical dead heat with the 2004 Mouton Rothschild, Haut Brion and Montrose at the recent Judgment in Princeton. This may well be the vintage of the century!!!! This Reserve release is composed of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Petit Verdot and 5% Cabernet Franc. The wine is currently in new air-dried American and French oak and will remain for a period of 24 months. Barrel tastings by the Tomasello Cab Assemblage team have been exciting. This is a stunner with balanced fruit, mid-mouth structure and lingering tannin. The wine was bottled on January 10, 2013. Production is limited

2014 Tomasello Atlantic County Vidal Blanc Ice Wine
Partially frozen Vidal Blanc grapes were harvested from our vineyard, pressed and used in the fermentation of this Vidal Blanc Ice Wine. The harvest sugar was 35.3% by weight with the post-fermentation residual sugar at 13.6%. Wonderful honey and berry character . Best served chilled as a dessert wine and Vidal Ice wine is at its best when served with Creme Brulee' . 2015 - Outer Coastal Plain Rkatsiteli
Grown in our Southern New Jersey vineyards, this mysteriously named ancient vinifera variety is reputed to originate from the Caucasus Mountains bordering Armenia --the smallest of the former Soviet Republics. Known at one time to be the third most planted varietal in the world, Rkatsiteli produces wines that are spicy with underlying hints of pear. The Rkatsiteli pairs exceedingly well with spicy dishes and is a great alternative for Riesling or Moscato style wines.

2015 Outer Coastal Plain Chambourcin
The 2015 vintage was finished in American Oak for 12 months. It is best characterized as a medium-bodied Beaujolais style red with a slightly peppery finish. The best pairings for the Chambourcin’s unique finish are sharper cheeses (esp. blue veined), duck or lamb dishes, Caesar salad and pasta marinara sauce.
